UCM Technical Architect
Will need technical experience with UCM in all project phases including
the implementation and the deployment of a solution. Experience in a
project which involves major change management will be an asset. Will
perform the following services for a new UCM/Stellent solution.
As Technical Architect, Provide SME (architecture) support to customer
resources in the areas of document management, document imaging &
scanning, integration with SOA platform (Microsoft) and security
integration (Kerberos, Windows networks).
Provide assistance to and collaboration with all customer resources and
external parties resources sub to our customer.
Review and validate all detailed design documentation including UCM
deployment, integration with centralized imaging/scanning platform,
integration with Siebel UI, integration with middleware platform
(SOA-based Microsoft environment), integration with SSO environment.
Provide guidance and recommendations related to the required solution
architecture in the existing as well future phases of the project.
Ensure that the proposed solution and planned implementation will meet the
business needs defined in the discovery/scope phase of the project.
Review all required UCM Software Configurations, Customizations and
Installations
Review, discuss, whiteboard overall architecture, plan and approaches for
the future phases of the implementation.
Produce, collaborate, review documents related to the detailed
architecture phase including UCM deployment, integration with centralized
imaging/scanning platform, integration with Siebel UI, integration with
middleware platform (SOA-based Microsoft environment), and integration
with SSO environment
Provide content management and document management best practices to the
customer resources.

UCM / Site Studio Developer
Will be part of a team that is supporting and enhancing Oracle
Universal Content Management (UCM) product suite across the enterprise.
The role will be responsible for :
· Acting as the Subject
Matter Expert (SME) for various application development projects related
to Oracle Universal Content Management platform
· Maintenance and support
of existing deployments
· Migration of highly
visible static HTML websites to Oracle/Stellent SiteStudio
Required Experience/Expertise:
· At least 6 to 8 years of
programming experience, experience in application design, development and
technical support roles. At least 3 years as a developer on a content
management project
· Previous experience in
configuration, customization of at least one leading enterprise content
management product (Oracle UCM / Stellent, Documentum, Filenet, Interwoven
etc.)
· Prior experience of
customizing Oracle / Stellent content management product, IDOC scripts,
UCM component development
o Content Server 10gR3 or 10gR4
o Custom forms development
· Strong Site Studio
development experience
o Layout pages development
o Prior experience with migrating static HTML sites to dynamic
SiteStudio sites
o Dynamic Converter experience
· Expert level knowledge
of ASP/ .NET or Java / J2EE environments ( JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS,
JNDI), XML, XHTML/HTML, CSS, SQL, Ajax/JavaScript
· Expert level knowledge
of web servers, especially IIS
· Experience as an
application developer/architect with extensive experience in Object
Oriented Design and Development
· Previous experience
translating business requirements into system design
· Good communication and
client facing skills

Jr. Web/Java Developer
Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests,
debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications
- Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex
problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations,
operating time, and form of desired results
- Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of
applications programming activities
- Performs expert-level engineering tasks associated with the analysis,
design, and development of computer hardware, firmware, embedded systems,
and/or operating systems
- Interface with different departments within the organization regarding
new deployments
- Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures
- Monitor program execution for expected performance
- Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system
software applications
- Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster
recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support.
- May customize purchased applications, and assists in maintaining program
libraries and technical manuals
- Provides high level written communications such as white papers,
decision documents, or research papers
- Identify, escalate and document production impact issues for the
environment to confirmed delivery for client and business notification
- B.S. Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
Required:
- 3+ years as Java/J2EE Developer for production systems
- Familiar with the following Frameworks and Technologies:
- Web Applications, JAXB, Spring, Object / Relational Mapping, Web
Services
- XML Processing--validating, parsing, constructing XML documents
- Construct and maintain build-scripts using Ant/Maven
- SQL using multiple database management systems including Oracle, MySQL
or PostgreSQL or an Object-Oriented Database
- Worked in a team environment
Optional:
- Rapid Software Prototyping using scripting languages such as Python,
bash-shell scripting, Ruby
- System Monitoring
- Experience with Test-Driven Development
